Martin Coyle has joined Entercom’s senior leadership team as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Coyle comes to Entercom from XL Catlin, where he served as Vice President of Human Resources for their Global Technology organization.

Anderson will assume the role on September 10. Previously, Anderson served as CFO of ITT Industries, Inc. and of Newport News Shipbuilding, and spent five years as a divisional CFO at RJR Nabisco.

NRG Media - Wausau/Stevens Point, WI, has announced that Kori McKay (Kori with a K in the Mornings) has taken on the additional role of APD for Hot 96.7, WHTQ-FM. 

Radio Hall of Fame inductee Johnny Morris has died. Morris was the first black chief engineer in Southern California radio and an award-winning radio broadcaster/program director. Morris, who has been characterized as “godfather of soul radio in California." He was 70.

Westwood One is ready to kick off its 32nd consecutive year as the network radio partner of the NFL with the opening night game on Thursday, when the defending Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles host the Atlanta Falcons. Boomer Esiason will join Kevin Harlan in the booth for his farewell broadcast after 18 seasons with Westwood One.

Some may know Bonnie-Jill Laflin as a social media personality and actress, but she’s also a radio talent. San Francisco sports station KNBR is adding Laflin to the on-air team of the Murph & Mac morning show.

WRQX-FM/Mix 107.3 in Washington D.C. has signed Corinna Delgado as on-air talent for middays. Delgado was most recently with KRBE-FM, Cumulus’ heritage Top 40 in Houston, where she started in 2014.

On Tuesday, September 4, WNUE-FM, 98.1 Salsa y Más will begin airing Él y Ella every weekday from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. ET. The show will be hosted by Arnaldo Olivieri “JR al Aire” and Jessica Reyes.

Thirty-year broadcasting veteran Lou Bennett is the new Program Director for “Memphis’ Best Mix of R&B,” 103.5 WRBO-FM. Bennett has 20 years of Urban radio programming under his belt.
