Singer, songwriter, and actor Jencarlos Canela makes his Hispanic Radio Conference debut to discuss radio’s impact on today’s new multi-media performers. Canela, star of the new NBC comedy Telenovela, will be appearing just days after starring as Jesus Christ in Fox’s much talked-about original live musical The Passion.

Cumulus' WRWM Indianapolis and morning show, JC in the Morning, collected homemade Valentine's Day cards from listeners to take to the kids at Riley Hospital for Children. The station collected over 1,000 cards and hosted a Valentine's Day party for children in the hospital last Friday.

Chad Mitchell starts Tuesday as co-host with Maria Knight in mornings on CBS Radio's Classic Hits 94.5 KOOL-FM in Phoenix. CBS Radio Phoenix VP/President of Programming Tim Richards called Mitchell "a fantastic talent with a proven track record of morning drive success."

Nancy Stevens is promoted to PD for Hubbard Radio's Alternative KDKB (AZ 93-3) in Phoenix, effective immediately. She's been working with the programming and sales teams on radio festivals and NTR programs.
