Radio Edition Of ‘The Daily’ Destined For Success
The new radio edition of the popular podcast The Daily will be available to public radio listeners across the country beginning April 2. The New York Times and American Public Media will be joining forces in this collaboration.
National Radio Advertising Jumped 15% in February
That's according to a report from Standard Media Index released on Monday. Across all media, SMI says February was a great month for national which rose 8% (excluding the Olympics) with digital seeing the biggest gain at 18%. National TV grew 12% and Out-of-Home grew 9%. Print continued its decline, off a whopping 26% for the month.
Who Will Run Univision After Falco?
The New York Post says Univision's board is considering several internal candidates once Falco (pictured) retires at the end of the year. Those candidates include CFO Peter Lori and Chief Revenue Officer Tonia O’Connor. The Post reports former Univision networks President Cesar Conde is also being considered.
