CRB Looking For New Executive Director
Executive Director of the Country Radio Broadcasters/CRS, Bill Mayne (pictured), announced that he would leave his position with the non-profit in May of 2019, following the organization’s 50th Anniversary Country Radio Seminar in February 2019. Applications are now open for the job.

WMAL Legend Passes
WMAL is reporting that Frank Harden, one-half of the radio team Harden and Weaver, died Friday at the age of 95. Together with, Jackson Weaver the duo was a ratings and revenue-generating juggernaut that drove WMAL to the top of Washington’s radio business for more than three decades.
DeVille Takes Up Morning Air Role At KWSV
Country station 99.1 The Ranch (KWSV-FM/Simi Valley, CA) has hired Diana DeVille as midday on-air personality. DeVille will take over the 10 a.m.-2 p.m., Monday through Friday slot, replacing Mese Smith.
