The Washington Times reports that a restaurant syndicated host Michael Savage frequents received a threatening e-mail demanding they deny the host service. Authorities are investigating. Savage decided not to go to that location and is taking the threat seriously.

That's according to new data released by Kagan. M&A volume reached $4.31 billion in the fourth quarter of 2018, most of it coming on the TV side. Radio deals accounted for $198.7 million, TV $4.11 billion in Q4.
