As the Department of Justice examines the ASCAP and BMI consent decrees, BMI CEO Mike O'Neill and ASCAP CEO Elizabeth Mathews have penned a joint letter that was distributed to the media, Thursday. They say modifying or sunsetting the decrees would have far-reaching implications.
