Salem Radio Network is extending its agreement with top national radio host Larry Elder through 2022. The network picked up The Larry Elder Show in 2016 and syndicated him nationwide.

R&B station WDAS/Philadelphia has named Adimu Colon the new host of The Quiet Storm, weekday nights. Colon joins the WDAS from Washington, DC.

Even though the numbers are down slightly, the NAB Show in Las Vegas is massive and well attended. Not only do broadcasters from all across the U.S. make their way to Vegas for the show, there are broadcasters from 160 countries who make the journey. The final 2019 attendance was 92,912. 

Legendary singer/songwriter Paul Anka was honored at the 71st Annual BMI/NAB Dinner held Tuesday night in Las Vegas. Anka received the BMI Board of Directors Award for his impact on contemporary music.
