Steve DiNardo, who was the Vice-President/Market Manager for the Entercom San Francisco cluster, is no longer with the company. At the time of his promotion in February of 2014, the company said, “After a nationwide search, the best choice was right in front of us."

Court Decides For iHeart

On Wednesday, an appeals court in San Antonio agreed with a lower court ruling that an intercompany stock transfer was allowed under the terms iHeartMedia's loan agreements. Creditors were disputing whether the 2015 transfer was legal and may have even triggered a default. An iHeartmedia spokesperson told Radio Ink the company was pleased with the decision.
