The Maine Association of Broadcasters has hired veteran broadcaster Tim Moore as its new President/CEO. MAB Board of Directors Chairman David Abel made the announcement Monday which follows the unexpected passing of long-time President/CEO Suzanne Goucher earlier this year.

ABC Audio will provide three specials to affiliates to air  over the July Fourth weekend: an ABC News special exploring activities for summer fun; a rock and classics special presented by Speakeasy; and a country special hosted by country music star Jimmie Allen. 

Benztown is offering a 'big bang for no bucks' for the holiday weekend. The 4th of July Audiopack is available Free of charge through Friday July 1st.

Kast Media has put together a podcast hosted by a trio of cast members from the MTV reality show, The Hills. "Was It Real? The Hills Rewatch" will go behind the scenes for all six seasons of the show.

“The Stan Bell Morning Show" has debuted on 1070 WDIA in Memphis. Bell will continue as host of his long-running afternoon show on iHeartMedia Memphis sister station V101 (KJMS-FM).

Luke Kuechly is coming back to the Carolina Panthers to be part of the 2022 radio broadcast for seven games. Kuechly was selected by Carolina in the first round of the 2012 NFL Draft and earned Defensive Rookie of the Year honors. He played eight seasons, with the Panthers.

Bob & Tom Show co-host and news director Kristi Lee will be inducted into the Indiana Broadcast Pioneers Hall of Fame Class of 2022. Lee is one of six Hoosier broadcasting icons to be inducted into the Hall of Fame in October.

Marco Nation has joined K100 (WKKO-FM) Toledo for The Marco Nation Morning Show, with co-host Lyn Cayse. Nation joins the Cumulus station from Saga Communication's Milwaukee radio group.

Josh Blumm has been promoted to Revenue Manager for the Results Radio cluster in Chico, CA. Blumm joined Results Radio in 2019 as an Account Executive.
