U.S. District Judge James Whittemore has set Todd Clem's ratings-tampering trial for the term in Tampa that begins January 2, 2018. The discovery cut-off date is August 10 and a pre-trial conference will be held December 8.

Mattress Firm Jumps Into Top Ten

By running 25,806 commercials on radio stations all across the country, Mattress Firm was radio's sixth-largest advertiser last week according to Media Monitors. GEICO moved back to number one with 42,580 spots aired. The Home Depot (38,316), Lowe's (35,043), Boost Mobile (28,563), and McDonald's (27,006) round out the top five.
