West Palm Pirate Cannot Hide
On July 17, August 28, and October 4, agents from the Miami Office of the FCC’s Enforcement Bureau confirmed radio signals at 92.9 were emanating from the property of James Seitz on Rockey Dr. in West Palm Beach. The Commission previously warned Seitz back in 2013 about operating a pirate station. Seitz has 10 days to respond to the Commission and shut down his illegal operation.
