When you combine two companies as large as Entercom and CBS, not everyone gets to be a format captain. Steve Moore (News/Talk) and Tim Roberts (Country) were both format leaders for CBS Radio. On the Media Monitors weekly spot chart, JC Penney aired 42,743 commercials on radio stations all over the country to push GEICO into third place (39,035). The Home Depot held onto top place with 60,366 spots. With the holiday season approaching, national jewelry chain Jared enters the top five, at number four, with 27,217 commercials.
