Six broadcasters will join the Country Radio Hall of Fame in 2019. Two on-air personalities and four program directors will be honored. Two of the latter group made Radio Ink's recent Best Program Directors in Country Radio list.

The latest NuVoodoo Ratings Prospects Study of 3,084 respondents, ages 14-54 and across all PPM markets, revealed that smart speaker penetration is up to 43% among persons 14-54. And smart speakers are becoming a feature in one room in particular.
