The creators of the popular podcast Serial have announced the formation of podcast production company Serial Productions. The first podcast to launch will be S-Town, a nonfiction series set in rural Alabama and hosted by This American Life producer Brian Reed. All episodes of S-Town will be released in March.

As part of its strategy to deliver an enhanced visual hybrid radio station experience beyond the smartphone, TagStation is increasing focused efforts on the connected car. The company has hired Derek Rohloff as VP Automotive Business Development to spearhead inclusion in the dashboard.
