MSG Networks is expanding its radio-to-TV pipeline with Good Karma Brands. Starting September 8, the network will simulcast ESPN New York (WEPN-AM)’s morning and afternoon drive shows, DiPietro & Rothenberg and Don, Hahn & Rosenberg.

ESPN New York made the initial announcement on social media. The simulcasts will also be available through the DAZN app, which became the exclusive direct-to-consumer streaming home for MSG Networks and the YES Network under a deal announced in July. Both shows will continue on ESPN New York’s radio signal, app, and YouTube channel.

DiPietro & Rothenberg is hosted by former New York Islanders goalie Rick DiPietro and Dave Rothenberg. Don, Hahn & Rosenberg is hosted by Don La Greca, Alan Hahn, and Peter Rosenberg. The partnership builds on existing relationships between the personalities and MSG Networks. La Greca is the New Jersey Devils’ play-by-play voice, while Hahn serves as a studio analyst for the New York Knicks and also appears on ESPN’s Get Up.

MSG Networks Senior Vice President of Content and Marketing said, “Building upon our existing long-time relationship with ESPN New York was an inherently seamless fit for MSG Networks as we continue to enhance our programming. Delivering viewers additional opportunities to see and listen to game reactions from ESPN New York shows through the same platform as they are consuming Knicks and Rangers game broadcasts offers great continuity and a convenient extension of the viewing experience.”

Hahn added, “We’re all beyond excited to simulcast on MSG Network, which will give our shows an even bigger platform and audience to reach and entertain. Each of us has a personal and unique connection to all of the teams on the network — especially Don and me. That makes this partnership a perfect fit.”
