RCS Worldwide wants its products and its clients moving in the same direction, and it just hired two executives to make that happen. Tammy Halcomb is the new SVP of Products, and Merideth Kelly will be SVP of Global Client Experience and Transformation.
Halcomb brings more than 25 years of experience in broadcast technology, enterprise software, advertising automation, and AI-driven product innovation.
She was most recently Vice President of Product Development at Gemini XIII, where she led cross-functional teams delivering enterprise solutions for the media and audio industry. Earlier, she held senior product leadership roles at WideOrbit and Marketron. At RCS, she will lead the global product organization and set the vision and strategy for its portfolio of broadcast technology solutions.
Kelly began her career in radio, broadcast, and cable newsrooms, including writing and producing the Emmy-nominated series Seahawks All Access.
In technology, she has worked across implementation, project management, development, revenue operations, and professional services. At WideOrbit, she rose from onboarding specialist to Vice President of Strategic Solutions. She will lead RCS’s global client experience function, driving transformation initiatives meant to deepen client relationships and improve service delivery.
CEO and President Susan Larkin said, “Merideth’s appointment reflects our commitment to putting clients at the center of everything we do and to building the future alongside them. She brings a rare combination of operational depth and strategic vision, and I’m confident she will transform the way our clients experience RCS Worldwide,” adding, “Tammy will push our product vision further and faster, ensuring we continue to deliver technology that empowers users around the world.”
Chief Technology Officer Chip Jellison commented, “Tammy is a collaborative leader who brings out the best in the teams around her. Her ability to listen to customers, align development and product, and deliver solutions that truly move the needle is exactly what we need as we continue to innovate.”
