Connoisseur Media has closed on the sale of six South Dakota stations to Riverfront Broadcasting for $350,000, completing a deal first announced in May. The transaction includes KDLO, KIXX, KSDR, KSDR, KWAT-AM, and KKSD.
The stations are licensed to Watertown, SD, and Milbank, SD.
The sale continues Connoisseur’s portfolio realignment following its acquisition of Alpha Media stations last September, and the growth of Doyle and Carolyn Becker’s Riverfront Broadcasting, which is also in the process of acquiring Fox Sports Rapid City (KIMM-AM) from Black Hills Broadcasting.
Kalil & Co. served as the exclusive broker on the deal.
