The NAB Leadership Foundation has announced the Class of 2026 participants for its Media Sales Academy and Technology Apprenticeship Program. The programs prepare the next generation of leaders through education, training, and paid internships at local stations.
The Media Sales Academy and Technology Apprenticeship Program serve as NABLF’s flagship workforce development initiatives. The curriculum reflects industry needs for adaptable, multi-skilled professionals. Topics include AI literacy and ethics, content creation, and critical thinking.
NABLF President Michelle Duke said, “With our MSA and TAP programs, our goals are to increase job readiness for young people and strengthen the hiring pipeline for local stations who need to fill sales and engineering roles. Upon graduation, the students in our programs will be at the forefront of merging broadcasting’s infrastructure with new technologies to advance our industry.
