With broadcasting’s countdown to Las Vegas on the clock, the NAB is accepting nominations for the 2026 NAB Technology Awards, which recognize excellence in broadcast engineering, digital leadership, and technology innovation for the 2026 NAB Show.
The NAB Digital Leadership Award honors an individual at a broadcast station, group, or network who has played a leadership role in advancing digital success through new and emerging technologies.
The Engineering Achievement Awards recognize outstanding accomplishments in broadcast engineering, with separate honors for radio and television. The Technology Innovation Award celebrates an organization for advanced research and development projects in communications technology. To qualify, the technology must demonstrate substantial merit, be exhibited at NAB Show, and not yet be commercialized.
Nomination deadlines are January 27 for the Digital Leadership Award and Engineering Achievement Awards, and March 9 for the Technology Innovation Award. Forms, criteria, and past recipient lists are available on the NAB website.
Awards will be given out during NAB Show 2026, scheduled for April 18–22 in Las Vegas.
