Magellan AI has announced the promotion of Jim Ballas to General Manager of Measurement. Ballas, who joined Magellan AI in 2022, has helped to develop tools that enhance podcast ad verification, brand safety, and attribution capabilities.
With over a decade of experience in podcast and broadcast advertising, technology, and production, Ballas has spearheaded innovations like Reach Lift, a tool designed to evaluate the incremental reach of podcast campaigns. Additionally, Ballas has advanced incremental lift analysis using pixel-based tracking to measure campaign impact, providing advertisers with detailed reports on conversions and response rates.
