Jordan Fasbender’s Role Expands as iHeart Chief Legal Officer

Jordan Fasbender has signed a new contract with iHeartMedia, expanding her title from General Counsel to Chief Legal Officer. She will also retain her Executive Vice President and Corporate Secretary titles as her role with the company extends until at least 2026.

The position change was reported in an SEC filing dated November 1.

Fasbender was promoted from Deputy General Counsel to General Counsel in December 2020, succeeding Paul McNicol.

Before her tenure at iHeartMedia, she held the position of Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel at 21st Century Fox, where she played a key role in The Walt Disney Company’s acquisition of 21st Century Fox and the spinoff of FOX Corporation. Earlier in her career, Fasbender was an associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.

This new agreement will automatically renew annually after September 30, 2026.
