Charlamagne Tha God, co-host of iHeartMedia’s syndicated morning show The Breakfast Club, will sit down with Vice President Kamala Harris for an exclusive interview in Detroit on October 15, aimed at engaging African American voters across the US.

The interview, titled We The People: A Conversation With Kamala Harris and Charlamagne Tha God, comes just days after a speech by Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump in Detroit, where he criticized the city while addressing voters.

Charlamagne announced the upcoming interview during Friday’s broadcast, explaining that the discussion will cover pressing issues, particularly for voters in battleground states. “I want local voices from Detroit, and I want voices from all the battleground states, to get the opportunity to ask [Harris] questions,” Charlamagne said, encouraging listeners to submit their questions via the iHeartRadio app.

Detroit has seen a significant revival in recent years, with projects like the Cadillac Book hotel renovation and the Michigan Central Station reopening marking the city’s renaissance. The strong playoff performance of the Detroit Tigers and the rise of the Detroit Lions have also contributed to the city’s resurgence.

The interview will be accessible through the iHeartRadio app and broadcast on The Breakfast Club stations, including WJLB-FM in Detroit.

  1. This interview is being broadcast live right now. She is taking live questions from people in the audience. This is not being edited.

  2. There are so many reasons why American as a world leader must help other nations. Some that come to mind…. helping others will hopefully encourage people to stay in their home land. 2. When sending money and equipment to countries at war keeps America soldiers boots off the ground for as long as possible. There are many more reasons. Research It.

  3. Charlarmagne when negative Black Men complain about Vice President they should be informed what duties of a Vice President are, she backup to the President. We did not vote her in, his choice to choose her with what is required of him.

When people complain about jobs not available because foreigners get job, what school did you graduate from that you had the experience for that a foreigner took from you?

Also people need to vote local elections also.

  4. Charlamagne Is going to now down to the terms of the interview. He’s going to step in line just like the democrat plantation tells him to. When Biden said “if you don’t vote for me, you ain’t black” that should’ve been the end of this anti American administration. Downright shameful that people still think gonna vote blue.
