7 Mountains Media is appointing Danny Ocean as the new Program Director and PM Drive host for 93.5 SBG (WSBG) in Stroudsburg, PA. Ocean has spent the last ten years as Director of Affiliate Relations for Kid Kelly’s Backtrax USA Networks, United Stations Radio Networks, and Sheet Happens Prep Service. Ocean starts Monday, December 4.
As a programmer, Ocean’s extensive career includes stints at FM 100 (WMC) in Memphis and KC101 (WKCI) in New Haven, CT. His earlier roles also include positions as Assistant Program Director/Music Director at JAM’N 94.5 in Boston, Z95.7 in San Francisco, and Hot 97 (WBHT) in Wilkes-Barre, PA. Additionally, Ocean has worked on-air during weekends at Beasley Media Group Philadelphia’s WMGK and has held on-air roles at B101 Philadelphia, Z100 New York, 92Q Baltimore, and Hot 105 Miami.
