Chuck Deskins, Senior Vice President of the Inside Sales Division at iHeartMedia, has announced he will be retiring at the end of this year. His career with the company spans over three decades, having started in 1987 as an Account Executive at 700 WLW in Cincinnati when the company was known as Jacor Communications.
Over the years, Deskins has held various roles within the company, including General Sales Manager and Director of Sales in Tampa, Market President in Atlanta, and Vice President of Sales in Miami and Tampa. After a brief stint outside iHeartMedia, he rejoined the company in 2018 and was promoted to lead the Inside Sales Team in 2019.
In his most recent role as SVP, Deskins managed a large team responsible for creating advertising opportunities across iHeartMedia’s radio, digital, and live events divisions.
