Audacy has announced leadership updates in its technical operations division for both Clay Walker and John Kennedy.
Walker has been promoted to Vice President of Content Operations, where he will oversee the newly created Content Operations Department. His new responsibilities include ensuring innovation, standardization, and delivery of high-quality content at the local, regional, and national levels. Walker previously served as the Director of Programming and Operations for Audacy Greensboro, NC.
John Kennedy, the Senior Vice President of Technical Operations, will now focus on managing and maintaining Audacy’s acquisition, distribution, and production equipment and solutions. His role includes overseeing the broadcast engineering function, ensuring that Audacy’s radio and streaming solutions meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. Kennedy has extensive experience in radio engineering and has been with Audacy since 1999.
