Audacy Extends Larkin Contract, Loses Board Member

1

Audacy has extended the contract of Chief Operating Officer Susan Larkin for three more years. The information was disclosed in the company’s recent 8-K filing with the SEC following its yearly shareholders’ meeting. Larkin’s contract includes automatic one-year renewals unless either party provides prior notice of non-extension.

Larkin will receive an annual base salary of $775,000, $800,000, and $825,000 over the three years, along with eligibility for an annual cash performance bonus and future equity compensation. After time at Cox Media Group and ABC Radio, Larkin joined what was then Entercom in 2017 and held various managerial roles before assuming her current position in May 2020.

The filing also revealed that Audacy Director Monique Nelson resigned due to time constraints. Consequently, the Board reduced the number of company directors from nine to eight to avoid having to fill her position.
