Saga’s Columbus Radio Group took a hike for a worthy cause at the 2nd Annual “March for Meals”. On March 30th, Sunny 95 (WSNY), Qfm96 (WLVQ), Mix 107.9 (WVMX), and Rewind 103.5/104.3 (WNND) staff and sponsors walked 16 miles in support of the Children’s Hunger Alliance. More than $7,000 in donations were collected.
Mix 107.9’s Morning Host Andre Styles and Qfm96’s Evening Personality DaveMan led the march, which met up with listeners at four stops along the way to gather donations. The CHA feeds children in collaboration with childcare centers, in-home family childcare providers, afterschool programs, and at summer meal sites in the Columbus area.
