Pam Carr, who spent years as an account executive in Indianapolis, has passed away at 69. Carr worked at numerous Indy radio stations, including WIFE. She also spent time in the marketing department of the Indianapolis Colts and the Indiana Sports Corporation. Carr was the wife of the late on-air personality Steve Cooper (Jim Carr).
