A new industry competition will award cash prizes to radio’s most-beloved on-air talent.
The Radio’s Got Talent competition will see NuVoodoo Media Services using its proprietary software to randomly select at least 100 screened respondents, whose submissions will be screened to reveal what on-air talent listeners like the best.
Eligible on-air talent can upload a one- to three-minute audio clip at the Radio’s Got Talent website. Submissions can include on-air bits, show breaks, parody sketches or running features. Talent may submit in more than one of 10 categories, up to a maximum of three entries per person or show.
The categories include: Top 40/Main & Rhy, AC/Hot AC, Alternative, Rock/Classic Rock, Classic Hits/80’s, Country, Urban, Christian, Sports, and Talk.
