New Jersey 101.5 (WKXW-FM) will present a Town Hall broadcast taking a closer look at vaccine mandates. The November 11 broadcast will look at the legal ramifications of vaccine mandates on both employers and employees.
“These mandates are a reality,” said Eric Scott, VP Director of Special Projects. “Our goal is to detail the legal obligations, rights and options for both employer and employee.”
Scott will moderate a panel that will feature attorneys specializing in workplace law and workers rights; and the President of the New Jersey Business & Industry Association.
The panel will also address issues surrounding medical and religious exemptions, as well as workplace accommodations from both the employee and employer standpoint.
