Marketplace, in partnership with Westwood One will offer a new 60-second show, ‘Marketplace Minute™,’ to public radio stations across the country. The twice daily, one-minute program will provide up-to-the-moment economic news.
“Our network stations and public radio audiences rely on Marketplace to give them the day’s most important business and economic news,” said Chandra Kavati, VP American Public Media, which distributes Marketplace programming. “The addition of “Marketplace Minute” means that they will get timely updates throughout the day, never getting behind on important economic news.”
‘Marketplace Minute’ will be available on participating public radio stations starting in August.
