It’s the 3rd year your fees will be significantly increased and the NAB calls the FCC’s plan unfair and unsustainable in a new 18-page filing. The NAB says the Commission is forcing broadcasters to subsidize the regulation of other entities that are either contributing less than their fair share of the fees or allowed to free ride entirely.
In other words, a typical, sclerotic government bureaucracy that does not (unfairly, in this case) adapt to the current times and treat ALL of its constituencies evenly and with proper equality. Yeah…nothing ever changes, government-wise, does it?!?!
