Mark Manuel is the new PD at iHeartMedia’s Q106.5 (Classic Rock) and 101.3 KISS FM, (Hit Music) in the Quad Cities. Manuel rises from APD at Q106.5 and web master for the entire Quad Cities market. He’ll be responsible for developing content for all seven stations’ websites in the market and keep his on-air shift.
