William Neil “Doc” Gallagher, who had a financial program on three north Texas radio stations, has been sentenced to 25 years in prison. The 79-year old Gallagher reached a plea agreement with prosecutors after being charged with stealing $20 million from investors a year ago. He also has to pay over $10 million in restitution to his victims.
