The Country Radio Broadcasters held the 2019 Country Radio Hall of Fame dinner and awards ceremony this week at Vanderbilt Marriott in Nashville. Four on-air personalities and two off-air broadcasters were recognized for making a significant impact on the radio industry over the course of a 20-year period, 15 years being Country-specific radio.
The 2019 Country Radio Hall of Fame Class of inductees were Radio category honorees Mac Daniels, Bobby Denton, Jeff Garrison, and Gregg Lindahl. The Air Personality category included Charlie Monk and Kyle Cantrell. Long-time music industry veteran and recent Country Radio Broadcasters Executive Director, Bill Mayne, was also honored with the 2019 CRB President’s Award.
