Knight has been named to the position for iHeart’s Austin/San Antonio region, encompassing more than 15 stations comprised of music, talk, and news formats. He will oversee programming for all stations in the Austin and San Antonio markets and be the Program Director for Q 101.9. He will report to Matt Martin, Region President for iHeartMedia Austin/San Antonio. Knight joins the region from WBEB in Philadelphia, where he most recently served as the Program Director for 11 years.

In addition, Brian Gann will continue to serve as the Program Director for 1200 WOAI and will focus on a variety of iHeartMedia’s spoken-word stations.
