Atlanta Catholic Radio is purchasing WCFO-AM in East Point, Georgia, from JW Broadcasting. WCFO is a 50-KW daytime directional at 1160-AM. This is station number one for the newly formed Atlanta Catholic Radio. Joe Weber’s JW Broadcasting also owns one other metro Atlanta signal, WMLB-AM. Eddie Esserman of MSG represented JW, Beth Griffin represented Atlanta Catholic Radio.
