iHeartMedia has named Tommy Chuck Senior VP of Programming for its 14 Tampa-Sarasota stations. Chuck will also program Country outlet US 103.5 in Tampa. He said, “My family and I are grateful to once again call Tampa Bay home. I’m honored to be chosen to lead such legendary brands. I’ll work hard to make sure the tradition of winning and having fun while doing it continues in Tampa.”
Chuck returns to the Tampa Bay area from iHeartMedia’s Baltimore/DC region, where he most recently served as the Program Director for DC’s most-listened-to radio stations, HOT 99.5 and 97.1 WASH-FM, as well as Baltimore’s Country station WPOC-FM. Chuck has worked for iHeartMedia since 2001, serving in programming roles in Chattanooga, Birmingham, and Orlando, before spending eight years in Tampa as Program Director of WFLZ FM.
Chuck will report to Sam Nein, Area President for iHeartMedia Tampa Bay.
