The 28th Annual Radiothon to End Child Abuse, held December 1 and 2 on “Bemidji’s Big Three Music Stations” KB101, KZY 95.5, and Z99, raised $34,287. The 24-hour “Education, Action and Auction” event supports programs in the Beltrami, Cass, Clearwater, and Hubbard Counties of northern Minnesota and has raised a total of $1,083,218 since its inception in 1989, because “It shouldn’t hurt to be a child.”
