The legendary Packers QB will make his debut on SiriusXM NFL Radio on August 5 at 6 p.m. ET, with a special "Town Hall"-style show live from Canton, Ohio, where he and other members of the Pro Football Hall of Fame's Class of 2016 will be enshrined the next day.

The iHeartMedia’s station announced Wednesday that Fresno radio personality Jason Hurst is joining 98.9’s weekday lineup. He’ll join Teri Ann Schlesser to host the new Jason and Teri Ann Morning Show. The new program will debut Monday, August 1 and will air weekday mornings from 5-10 a.m.

Twenty-year-old Messiah College student Mikaela Mummert has won the inaugural, nationwide BMI Founders Award for Radio Broadcasting scholarship competition. Mummet was presented the $5,000 scholarship award by BMI Vice President of Industry Relations and scholarship Director Dan Spears, along with BMI Foundation Executive Vice President David F. Bills, at the 41st annual Conclave Learning Conference on July in Minneapolis.
