The company made the announcement Friday, promoting Brian Gann to Regional Senior Vice President of Programming for its Central Texas Region, effective immediately. iHeart has 15 stations in the region, including KASE 101, 96.7 KISS FM, and News Radio 1200 WOAI. Gann will oversee all on-air content, as well as music and digital programming, for those stations in the Austin and San Antonio regions. Gann previously worked as the Program Director for the spoken-word formats in iHeartMedia’s Central Texas Region, and oversaw WOAI and KTKR-AM in San Antonio, plus KVET-AM in Austin. He has worked for iHeartMedia since November of 2014.
