The veteran radio personality has signed on as Afternoon Drive Host for the Indianapolis station. Randolph’s show debuts on WFMS on October 2 and will air weekdays from 2 p.m.-7 p.m. Randolph makes the move from Louisville, where he was Morning Show Host for Hot AC station WXMA-FM.

Syndicated personality Dave Ramsey will host the 29th Annual National Radio Hall of Fame Induction ceremony and celebration. The 2017 inductees include Tom Barnard, Bobby Bones, Joe Field, Bill Handel, Sean Hannity, John Records Landecker, Robin Quivers, and Bob Sievers. The ceremony is November 2 at the Museum of Broadcast Communications in Chicago.

Heeren is an industry veteran who was Vice President and General Manager of Reno Media Group and Director of Sales for CBS Radio/Las Vegas. She also served as Director of Strategic Sales for Beasley Media Group. The Alpha Media San Jose market is home to KBAY and KEZR.

Las Vegas Radio Hall of Fame inductee Connie Breeze has joined veteran hip hop radio host Greg Mack and his revamped five-hour classic hip hop weekend radio program, The Greg Mack Show. Over her career, Breeze has worked as an assistant PD, an MD, and a highly rated afternoon personality.

ESPN Radio's Ryen Russillo paid a $250 fine for wandering into someone's condo in Wyoming after having too much to drink last month. He paid the fine on Wednesday and the case was closed. The afternoon host has taken full responsibility for the incident, publicly apologizing on the air after being suspended by the network.

The Southern California Broadcasters Association has elected new officers for the 2018-2019 term. SCBA President Thom Callahan said, “The SCBA is very fortunate to attract the caliber and character of these very talented Radio and Digital professionals, all of whom have a passion and focus for our association and our industry."

The Executive Committee of the New York State Broadcasters Association has extended the contract of David Donovan for three years. Donovan has been President and Executive Director of NYSBA since 2011.

Syracuse radio station WAER inducted three prominent alumni into its Hall of Fame on Wednesday, September 13.  Galaxy President and CEO Ed Levine was inducted alongside famed sportscaster Marv Albert and investigative reporter Scott MacFarlane.

Mike Watkins is tasked with developing talent and driving new business development initiatives for Cox Media Group in the Georgia capital. For the past 20 years, Watkins has been a media consultant for CMG Atlanta. He spent the first half of his career in programming.

WFAN's Boomer Esiason addressed the resignation of his now former partner Craig Carton as soon as he opened up his show Thursday. He said it's a good thing for Craig, that he now needs to focus on his family. "He needs to get his life in order. It takes a lot of pressure off us here at WFAN."
