iHeartMedia Baltimore has hired Francesca Presti as the new co-host for the Laurie DeYoung Morning Show on Country station 93.1 WPOC, effective December 4. The show broadcasts weekdays from 5–10 a.m. Presti will join current hosts Laurie DeYoung and Jeff St. Pierre.

Gow Media is taking former NFL quarterback Sean Salisbury out of his local show on 97.5 FM in Houston to focus his energies exclusively on his national radio and TV show. The Sean Salisbury Show is heard weekdays on the SB Nation Radio Network from 4-8 p.m. ET.

Sun Broadcast Group has announced that Shelby Wood Wasicki has joined the company as National Account Manager. In her role with Sun, Wood Wasicki will work with the Sales Department, focused on products including Shazam For Radio, The Hit List with Fitz, Country Fried Mix with DJ Sinister, and others.

ESPN Radio’s new morning drive program, Golic and Wingo, hosted by Mike Golic and Trey Wingo, will debut Monday (6–10 a.m. ET) on ESPN Radio and will initially be simulcast on ESPN2, before moving to its simulcast home on ESPNU in the spring.

The Country Radio Broadcasters has named Jennifer Hays (Music Director/On Air, KCTR/Billings, MT), Mark Wells (PD KCYT-FM/Fayetteville, AR), and Jamie Jackson (Promotions Director 95.3 KRTY/San Jose) as recipients of the 2018 Rusty Walker Scholarship. Each will receive an all-expenses-paid trip and attendance to CRS 2018.

Frisbie most recently founded Frisbie Consulting where he helped clients with media/digital/mobile/video sales strategies and operations. Before starting his own company, Frisbie was EVP of Sales at Jun Group, where he led the company’s national media sales efforts, and eight years as the VP of Sales at iHeartRadio.

Bishop will be assisting with production and on-air duties. A broadcast industry veteran who has worked as an air personality for 30-plus years, coast to coast, Bishop most recently worked with Christian FM radio network.

The Charlotte Alternative Rock station has named Tamo Sein Assistant Program Director, Music Director, and midday host. Sein will broadcast from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. weekdays. She joins iHeartMedia Charlotte from Richmond, Virginia's XL102.

Tyler will take up the reins as both Assistant Program Director and Music Director for NASH FM 93.1/WDRQ-FM in Detroit beginning December 15. She will also be on-air host of the 10 a.m.-2 p.m. show, weekdays. Tyler joins Cumulus Media-Detroit from Q103.1/WQNU in Louisville

With the end of the Mike and Mike morning show after 18 years, ESPN Radio will debut a new lineup January 2, 2018 and feature a national broadcast of The Stephen A. Smith Show on terrestrial radio stations across the country. Three new shows have been announced.
