Spanish Broadcasting System has announced the appointment of Geraldo Arriaga as VP, Digital Media Sales of SBS, LaMusica App. Geraldo will spearhead the company’s digital revenue efforts at the national scale

Courtney Landrum has signed a new multi-year agreement to remain on Entercom’s Y98 (KYKY-FM). It was also announced that the St. Louis station’s highly rated morning show changed its name to Courtney and Company.

iHeartMedia veteran Thea Mitchem has signed a new long-term deal to continue in her role at iHeartMedia's National Programming Group as EVP/programming for the Northeast division. She'll also continue as PD of WWPR (Power 105.1)/New York.

Bontemps Media's 977 “The Cajun” (KAPB-FM/Marksville, LA) has recruited radio veteran Niles Laborde as morning air personality. Laborde brings over 40 years experience to the Cajun's ‘90s-based Classic Country format.

WABC Radio in New York City is pairing up Curtis Sliwa and Emmy-winning journalist Rita Cosby fora new talk show Curtis + Cosby. The show debuts today from 12-3 p.m. PD Craig Schwalb said, “This is basically a New York dream team. Two veteran New York broadcasters and celebrated New York personalities that our listeners simply adore. It’s an incredible combination.”

Bryan “B-Dub” Washington has been named APD, Music Director, and afternoon drive host for 106.7 The Bull in Denver. As APD and Music Director he will assist in the day-to-day operations of the station’s music programming and scheduling of music logs.

Brandon Young has been named Content Director of KYKX-FM/Longview, TX. Young will oversee the strategic, managerial, programming, and content functions in the market.

Stacey Proctor has been promoted to Director of Sales for Entercom’s Phoenix cluster which includes LIVE 101.5 (KALV-FM), 94.5 KOOL FM, and KMLE Country @107.9. Proctor has held various positions for the Phoenix cluster.

Wayne “Big D” Danielson has been named Program Director for 95.5 The Bull, “Las Vegas’ NEW Country Leader.” Danielson will work closely with on-air personalities and sales to oversee the station brand’s on-air and digital programming, as well as local events and partnerships.

William “Will” Althoff has been named afternoon drive host and Music Director for 104.3 The Shark (WSFS-FM), “South Florida’s Alternative.” The new show will air weekdays from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturdays from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Althoff takes over the afternoon drive from Zach McHugh.
