Country station 97.5 WAMZ/Louisville will debut of The Bobby Bones Show on May 7. The show will broadcast weekdays, 5-10 a.m. ET. The program was recently honored with its third ACM Award for National On-Air Personality of the Year.

iHeart Promotes Hyland To Market President

Aaron Hyland has been promoted to Market President for iHeartMedia Baltimore. The Baltimore cluster includes WPOC-FM, WZFT-FM, WQSR-FM, and WCAO-AM. Hyland will also continue to oversee sales for the Washington, DC, region as Regional Senior VP. Region President Michael Preacher was handling Market President duties for both DC and Baltimore.

Kulp Likes The San Francisco Scene

Jack Kulp is extending his contract with iHeartMedia's KISQ-FM in San Fransicso. Kulp is co-host of The Morning Breeze, with Carolyn McArdle. It's been a strong two years for the station, which now leads the San Francisco market (6 plus) as the number one music station. When it was rhythmic oldies, the station was in 17th place.

Josh Martinez has been named Program Director for Kiss 107.1/Cincinnati. Martinez will report to Scott Reinhart, Senior Vice President of Programming for iHeartMedia Cincinnati. Martinez most recently served as the Assistant Program Director and Music Director for the station.

New Mission For The Twin Cities

Lee Michaels Live! is the new afternoon show at AM 980 The Mission/Twin Cities. The local Christian teach-and-talk radio show airs weekdays, 4-6 p.m. The show was previously co-hosted by Michaels, who started on air at AM 980 in January 2006.

A Francesa Return To Radio?

That's what The New York Post is reporting. The paper says Francesa "desperately misses doing New York sports radio," and is trying to get back on the air. The report says Francesa, who retired from WFAN after 30 years, has had discussions with 98.7 ESPN, WOR-AM, and WFAN. Returning to WFAN is apparently a possibility.

The Return Of “The Woody Show”

The Woody Show is returning to Bay Area morning radio on San Francisco’s iconic Rock radio station KFOG. Woody and his co-hosts Ravey, Greg, Menace, and Sebas debut on KFOG 104.5 FM and KFFG 97.7 FM on Monday, April 30.
