CMG Tampa Host Arrested
Sandra Carmin Herrst, known as Carmin on The Mike Calta Show on 102.5 The Bone in Tampa, was arrested over the weekend. She's accused of hitting her boyfriend in the face, causing him to bleed. It's a misdemeanor domestic battery charge.

Scotty Davis has been named afternoon host for US103.5/Tampa Bay, starting Monday, May 14. Davis joins US 103.5 from iHeartMedia Tampa Bay’s 93.3 FLZ, where he has served as the afternoon host for the past six years.

In St. Louis, Matt Johnson has been named Program Director for Z107.7, KSLZ-FM. Johnson has been programming Top 40 stations for over 15 years, including stops at WDKF/Dayton, WXKB/Ft. Myers, and KUDD/Salt Lake City.
Montero: Good News For Puerto Rico Broadcasters
The FCC’s Media and Wireless Bureaus granted a request filed by broadcast attorney's Frank Montero and Keenan Adamchak on behalf of the Puerto Rico Broadcasters Association to waive the FCC’s rules limiting the scope of settlements involving mutually exclusive FM translator applications filed in the Auction 100 MX filing window.
