New Morning Show For WBBM/Chicago

DreX and Nina, a new morning show on B96, WBBM-FM/Chicago, will air weekdays from 5:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. PT. Gabe Ramirez, host of the previous B96 morning show, The J Show, will continue as morning host along with DreX and Nina.

Lamberti Promoted To Morning Show Host

Radio station 95.9 The Fox (WFOX/Stamford-Norwalk), has upped Allan Lamberti to morning show host. Lamberti has worked for or with sister stations of The Fox since 2003. He has had a variety of roles within the organization and was recently hosting afternoon drive.

Mundo Join KCMO/Kansas City

Pete Mundo has been appointed APD and morning host for News Talk 103.7-710 KCMO in Kansas City. Mundo started his radio career at KWOX/KMZE in Woodward, OK, and was ultimately named News and Sports Director for the stations. He also worked in New York City at WCBS-AM, CBS Sports Radio, and WFAN-AM/FM as a freelance anchor and host.

Katz Media Group has appointed Christine Travaglini to President of Katz Radio Group. She succeeds Mark Gray who was promoted to CEO of Katz Media Group in March 2017. Travaglini will oversee all of the radio sales company’s operations nationwide and will report to Gray. Radio Ink has named Travaglini one of the “Most Influential Women in Radio” since 2005.
