Nashville Public Radio's new music discovery station, WNXP-FM, has hired Mickey Lernard Parks as APD and on-air host. The station, launching later this fall, will be a platform for new local music.

Beasley Media Group's Jaime Frankel, GSM of Philadelphia Sports Talker 97.5 The Fanatic, has been named among the 2020 Women of Distinction by the Philadelphia Business Journal. The feature recognizes Philadelphia’s most influential women who are making a difference in the region’s business community.

Jill Schlesinger, Mark Talerico and CBS News Radio hit a major milestone this past weekend with the broadcast of the 500th edition of Jill On Money. In 2011, Jill and Mark launched this as a passion project. 9 years later the show is heard on over 125 stations.

Network radio affiliate relations and record label promotion veteran Gina Suarez is on the hunt for her next gig. Suarez had been at United Stations when her furlough became permanent, due to Covid-19.

Don Chris 'Dj Wrekk-1' Williams, has a two year contract extension with WMBX, West Palm Beach. He will continue in his role of Brand Content Director and Afternoon Drive Host on X102.3.

Kristen Herrmann is the new Program Director of 95.7 BEN FM in Philadelphia. Herrmann has been with the Beasley Media Group station since 2012.

Josh Holleman has been added as morning show co-host for 99.5 WYCD (WYCD-FM). He previously hosted on sister station 98.7 The Breeze (WDZH-FM) (then 98.7 AMP Radio) from 2015 to 2016.

WINK-FM has named Chuck Knight as its new Program Director. Knight is a new addition to the Forth Myers Broadcasting station; having just arrived in September.

Lori Lewis has hired Alyssa Page as Vice President, Social + Innovation. Page most recently worked for KNDD in Seattle.

Alpert had been running Entercom's Kansas City market since 2007, which was before the company even owned the stations. Entercom said it was Alpert decision to step down. A search for his replacement is being conducted by Regional President Doug Abernethy.
