MacKay’s Shows Renewed Through 2020
JVC Media has extended the contract of daytime syndicated talker Frank MacKay’s shows Breaking it Down and 52 Players for the 2018-19 and 2019-20 seasons in two markets, West Palm Beach and Long Island. MacKay’s career in public relations, entertainment, and politics spans four decades.
Carr Heads North To Cleveland
Jason Carr has been named Program Director for ALT 99.1 FM, “Cleveland’s New Rock Alternative,” and APD for 100.7 WMMS, “Cleveland’s Rock Station,” effective February 12. He will report to Keith Abrams, Regional Senior Vice President of Programming for iHeartMedia’s North Ohio Region and PD for 100.7 WMMS.

Ruckus On Radio Row
Boys will be boys, as the saying goes. It was not a proud moment for radio Wednesday on Radio Row at The Mall of America, although it certainly is getting two sports radio hosts a ton of national publicity.
