iHeart, Jelli, Foursquare Collaborating
The three companies are launching a new attribution product for radio that will offer marketers a combination of iHeartMedia’s reach and Jelli’s programmatic buying capabilities, with the attribution and insights tools from location technology company Foursquare.
USRN, SoCast Pushing Smart Speakers

Savage Trying Something New
2019 will see Michael Savage launch a one-hour version of The Savage Nation radio show and a new original podcast. The Savage Nation podcast will also be available for radio broadcast.
Bob & Tom Live From The Radio Show
The nationally syndicated Bob & Tom Show will be broadcast live from the 2018 Radio Show in Orlando Wednesday through Friday. The team will broadcast from the North Foyer of the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek, 6a.m.-10 a.m. Eastern.
Reynolds Promoted At Beasley Charlotte
John Reynolds has been promoted to the position of Operations Manager at Beasley’s Charlotte-based radio station cluster, which includes WSOC-FM (103.7), WNKS-FM (KISS 95.1) WKQC-FM, K 104.7 FM, SMOKE (94.7), WPEG-FM (Power 98), and WBAV-FM (V101.9).

The promotions are at Beasley's V 101.9 and Power 98 in Charlotte and see Brian “Mr. Incognito” Robinson, Janine Davis, and Nikki “Ya Girl Nikki” Davis have their careers advanced.
Why Bob Pittman Was Right
For years, and as far back as 2011, when Pandora was the shiny new toy for consumers, iHeartmedia CEO Bob Pittman was saying the Internet pure-play company was not a sustainable business model on its own. Pittman said Pandora was more like AOL's Instant Messenger, a feature to be offered by a larger company. Monday morning, Sirius XM announced it was buying Pandora for $3.5 billion.

New Group Picks Up For in Arizona
John Beck, who was GM for Emmis in St. Louis before the stations were sold back in February, is part of a group set to purchase four stations in Flagstaff, Arizona. Beck's new group is called Stone Canyon Radio & Marketing.
